After completing the online check-in, all relevant information will be sent to you. You will be asked to provide your details, which will be forwarded to the Agency for Integration, Migration, and Asylum (AIMA), as required by law for non-resident guests.

Additionally, a security deposit of €200 will be required via credit card. This amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment, up to 7 days after check-out.

For added convenience, we offer airport transfer services from the airport to the complex at an additional cost.

Check-in time is from 6 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. We are flexible with check-in times and will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, we can only provide more specific information about check-in flexibility 2 or 3 days before your arrival. This depends on the cleaning team´s schedule and whether we have another check-out on the same day.

Booking Terms and Conditions:

Cancellation Policy:
If canceled up to 60 days before check-in, the cancellation is free of charge.
If canceled between 60 days and the check-in date, the cancellation will incur a 50% charge.
In case of no-show, the total cost will be charged.
Bedzy´s Right to Cancel:
Bedzy reserves the right to cancel within 24 hours after the booking, and a full refund will be issued.
Property Regulations:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Groups with members under the age of 25 are not accepted.
Parties are not permitted.
Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is from 6:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is until 10:00 AM.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of €200 will be charged via credit card during online check-in and refunded within 8 days after check-out.
