• payment of the security deposit - Value of 300€ this amount is requested via credit card and returned to the same credit card within 8 days after check out cleaning
• filling out the AIMA with your personal data (mandatory - for those residing outside Portugal)

Only after CHECK IN ONLINE will you receive instructions on how to get to the location and key access codes

All steps are mandatory, there will be no one to welcome you in person

For added convenience, we have transfer services from the airport to the complex at an additional cost.
Our transfer service guarantees a hassle-free journey, from the moment you arrive to your final destination.

Check-in is from 6pm, and check-out must be done by 10am. We are flexible with check-in times and will do our best to meet your needs. However, we can only provide more specific information about check-in flexibility 2 or 3 days before your arrival. This depends on the cleaning team´s schedule and whether we have another check-out on the same day.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel up to 60 days before check-in, cancellation is free.
If canceled between 60 days and the check-in date, a 50% fee will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full cost will be charged.

BEDZY Cancellation Right:
BEDZY reserves the right to cancel within 24 hours of booking, and a full refund will be issued.

PROPERTY REGULATIONS:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
Pets are not allowed on the premises
Groups with members under 25 are not accepted
Parties are not allowed
Guests who are not mentioned in the reservation are not allowed
Quiet hours are observed from 23:00 to 10:00
It is mandatory to take out the trash

HOURS - CHECK IN - CHECK OUT
Check-in time is from 18:00, and check-out time is until 10:00

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit is requested via credit card, 2 days before your arrival, a link is sent to you CHECK IN ONLINE where you must make payment, refund is made within 8 days after check-out cleaning
