Check-in is from 6pm, and check-out must be done by 10am. We are flexible with check-in times and will do our best to meet your needs. However, we can only provide more specific information about check-in flexibility 2 or 3 days before your arrival. This depends on the cleaning team´s schedule and whether we have another check-out on the same day.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel up to 60 days before check-in, cancellation is free.
If canceled between 60 days and the check-in date, a 50% fee will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full cost will be charged.

BEDZY Cancellation Right:
BEDZY reserves the right to cancel within 24 hours of booking, and a full refund will be issued.

PROPERTY REGULATIONS:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
• Pets are not allowed on the premises
• Groups with members under 25 are not accepted
• Parties are not allowed
• Guests who are not mentioned in the reservation are not allowed
• Quiet hours are observed from 23:00 to 10:00
• It is mandatory to take out the trash

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit is requested via credit card, 2 days before your arrival, a link is sent to you CHECK IN ONLINE where you must make payment, refund is made within 8 days after check-out cleaning

• High season: From April 1st to October 31st
  Guests under 15 years of age: Exempt from the fee (0€).
  Guests aged 16 or over: €2/guest/night.
  Maximum number of nights charged: 5 consecutive nights.

• Low season: from November 1st to March 31st
  Guests under 15 years of age: Exempt from the fee (0€).
  Guests aged 16 or over: €1/guest/night.
  Maximum number of nights charged: 5 consecutive nights.

Payment is only accepted online for the fee and a link will be sent to you 2 days before your entry - CHECK IN ONLINE

Only after payment confirmation will check-in details with location information and access codes be sent to guests.

This amount is extra and is not included in the price of your stay.
