Cancellation Policy: If canceled up to 60 days before check-in, the cancellation is free of charge. If canceled between 60 days and the check-in date, the cancellation will incur a 50% charge. In case of no-show, the total cost will be charged. Bedzy´s Right to Cancel: Bedzy reserves the right to cancel within 24 hours after the booking, and a full refund will be issued. Property Regulations: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Pets are not allowed on the premises. Groups with members under the age of 25 are not accepted. Parties are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is from 6:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is until 10:00 AM. Security Deposit: A security deposit of €750 will be charged via credit card during online check-in and refunded within 8 days after check-out.
