One bedroom apartment
Our rental unit exudes comfort and elegance. Guests are welcomed into a cozy hall that leads to a fully-equipped kitchen, complete with state-of-the-art appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine for your convenience. To the right, you’ll find the bedroom featuring a double bed, a television, and abundant natural light. The bathroom boasts a spacious shower. The living room is furnished with a 65″ smart TV and a sofa bed, offering direct access to a terrace perfect for dining and relaxation. The apartment is also equipped with central air conditioning for your comfort.
Two bedroom apartment
The spacious two-bedroom apartment (T2) boasts two bedrooms, each with its own 55-inch private television. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom for added convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine and an air fryer. The living room features a 65-inch OLED TV and a sofa bed for additional guests.

Driving directions
After completing online check-in, all relevant information will be sent to you. You will be asked to provide your details, which will be sent to the Agency for Migration and Asylum Integration (AIMA), as required by law for non-resident guests.
In addition, a security deposit of €750 will be required via credit card. This amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment, up to 7 days after check-out.
Other transport
For added convenience, we offer airport transfer services from the airport to the complex at an additional cost.
Our transfer service ensures a hassle-free journey from the moment you arrive until you reach your destination.
To reserve your transfer, simply inform us in advance, and we will arrange everything for you.

Check in times
Check-in time is from 6 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. We are flexible with check-in times and will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, we can only provide more specific information about check-in flexibility 2 or 3 days before your arrival. This depends on the cleaning team´s schedule and whether we have another check-out on the same day.

Terms and conditions
Booking Terms and Conditions:
Cancellation Policy:
If canceled up to 60 days before check-in, the cancellation is free of charge.
If canceled between 60 days and the check-in date, the cancellation will incur a 50% charge.
In case of no-show, the total cost will be charged.
Bedzy´s Right to Cancel:
Bedzy reserves the right to cancel within 24 hours after the booking, and a full refund will be issued.
Property Regulations:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Groups with members under the age of 25 are not accepted.
Parties are not permitted.
Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is from 6:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is until 10:00 AM.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of €750 will be charged via credit card during online check-in and refunded within 8 days after check-out.

Guests are required to have their own travel insurance.
Parents are 100% responsible for their children, and risky behavior will not be tolerated.
