After completing the online check-in, all relevant information will be sent to you.
You will be asked to provide your details, which will be forwarded to the Agency for Integration, Migration, and Asylum (AIMA), as required by law for non-resident guests + Payment of the City Turism Tax.
Additionally, a security deposit of €250 will be required via credit card. This amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment, up to 7 days after check-out.
City Turism Tax:
Amount: The tourist tax in Albufeira is 2 euros per person, per night.
Period of application: This tax is charged during the high season, typically from April to October.
Maximum number of nights: The tax is applied for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Even if your stay is longer, the tax will only be charged for the first 7 days.
Exemptions: Children under the age of 13 are exempt from paying the tourist tax.

Check-in time is from 6 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. We are flexible with check-in times and will do our best to accommodate your needs. However, we can only provide more specific information about check-in flexibility 2 or 3 days before your arrival. This depends on the cleaning team´s schedule and whether we have another check-out on the same day.

Cancellation Policy:
If canceled up to 60 days before check-in, the cancellation is free of charge.
If canceled between 60 days and the check-in date, the cancellation will incur a 50% charge.
In case of no-show, the total cost will be charged.
Bedzy´s Right to Cancel:
Bedzy reserves the right to cancel within 24 hours after the booking, and a full refund will be issued.
Property Regulations:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Pets are not allowed on the premises.
Groups with members under the age of 25 are not accepted.
Parties are not permitted.
Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is from 6:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is until 10:00 AM.
Security Deposit:
