Check-in is from 6pm, and check-out must be done by 10am. We are flexible with check-in times and will do our best to meet your needs. However, we can only provide more specific information about check-in flexibility 2 or 3 days before your arrival. This depends on the cleaning team´s schedule and whether we have another check-out on the same day.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel up to 60 days before check-in, cancellation is free.
If canceled between 60 days and the check-in date, a 50% fee will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full cost will be charged.

BEDZY Cancellation Right:
BEDZY reserves the right to cancel within 24 hours of booking, and a full refund will be issued.

PROPERTY REGULATIONS:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
Pets are not allowed on the premises
Groups with members under 25 are not accepted
Parties are not allowed
Guests who are not mentioned in the reservation are not allowed
Quiet hours are observed from 23:00 to 10:00
It is mandatory to take out the trash

Check-in time is from 18:00, and check-out time is until 10:00

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit is requested via credit card, 2 days before your arrival, a link is sent to you CHECK IN ONLINE where you must make payment, refund is made within 8 days after check-out cleaning

Information that will be requested from all visitors:

• ALBUFEIRA MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX
  3 days before your arrival, a link will be sent to pay the municipal tourist tax, in accordance with local regulations in Albufeira
  Details are as follows:
  Fee application period: From April 1st to October 31st
  Guests under 12 years of age: Exempt from the fee (0€).
  Guests aged 13 or over: €2/guest/night*
  Maximum number of nights charged: 7 consecutive nights.

Payment is accepted online only and a link will be sent 3 days before your entry.
Only after payment confirmation will check-in details with location information and key access codes be sent to guests.
The value of the tourist tax is extra and is not included in the price of your stay
*the value/conditions of the tourist tax can be changed at any time, according to Albufeira city council regulations
